By using the Node9 VPN website and making use of a Node9 VPN Account (the “Account”) and all its related features and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms cover all present and future features provided by your Account. The services are operated by Node9 VPN (“We,” the “Company”), an entity committed to protecting user privacy and security. Use of your Account includes registering an Account, keeping an Account open, or accessing our website or applications. Please read these Terms carefully. By using your Account or the services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You may not use your Account if you do not agree to these Terms.
If you agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In the absence of such authority, you are not authorized to use the services.
The services are available to individuals aged 13 or older, with parental or legal guardian consent required for minors. Accounts registered by automated means or “bots” are not allowed and will be terminated.
Each user is responsible for all actions taken using their Account.
You agree not to use your Account or the services for any illegal or prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Accounts engaged in any prohibited activities will be immediately suspended. Node9 VPN may also terminate Accounts used for any illegal activities, even if they are not listed above.
The Company reserves the right to limit resource usage for free accounts if usage is excessive.
Node9 VPN reserves the right to suspend or delete free Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months. Accounts under active paid subscriptions are always considered active.
Node9 VPN provides services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of reliability or data security, despite our best efforts. Node9 VPN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the services.
Node9 VPN aims for 99.95% service availability. If monthly downtime exceeds 0.05%, users can request service credits as follows:
This SLA excludes scheduled maintenance, user actions, and other circumstances beyond Node9 VPN's control.
We will not intentionally block the use of our services on any platform or in any location, This is apart of our free use guarantee.
You agree to indemnify Node9 VPN, its affiliates, and agents from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the services.

All trademarks, logos, and other proprietary designations of Node9 VPN are owned exclusively by Node9 VPN. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Node9 VPN trademarks.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle. After the initial term, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refund requests are allowed within the first 3 days of initial purchase.
If you fail to fulfill payment obligations, Node9 VPN may suspend services.
You may change your plan or billing cycle at anytime.
Node9 VPN reserves the right to update these Terms. We can only edit these Terms once per month. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, with the remaining provisions in full effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW law.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Node9 VPN. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the Terms’ interpretation.
